This 4 hectare fully working, beautifully laid out cherry farm has not only cherries to offer but many varied types of fruit trees in abundance. There are approximately 3 hectares of cherry orchards, most of which are in full production and around 6 years old, some sections of the orchard are newly planted and other sections are very mature, which gives a nice variety in the ages of the trees. Cherries sell for between 4/6 euros per kilo here wholesale on average. Each hectare can produce easily 10 tonne, so this farm will produce a very healthy income for someone wanting to live in central Portugal and not retire.

There is a large habitational farm house situated right in the center of the farm with a footprint of 110m2 and a usable area of 220m2.

Electricity already connected, private septic tank, water can be easily connected via the borehole on the land. A water mine, an irrigation tank and a nice pond on the farm give all the orchards their irrigation needs.
