Fully working cherry farm

This 3 hectare fully working, beautifully laid out cherry farm has not only cherries to offer but many varied types of fruit trees in abundance. There are approximately 2 hectares of cherry orchards, most of which are newly planted within the last 4 years. Meaning that the trees are just about to come to full production. Cherries sell for between 4/6 euros per kilo here wholesale on average. Each hectare can produce easily 10 tonne, so this farm will produce a very healthy income for someone wanting to live in central Portugal and not retire.

The other orchards are comprised of plum, greengage, orange, olive, pomegranate, apricot, peach and much more, which will give harvest times at staggered intervals throughout the year. Handy if one were to employ a farm hand/manager who could have jobs to do throughout all the different months.

There are numerous outbuildings and warehouses on the farm, which is necessary for agricultural equipment and sorting the fruit. A small house but ability to build a house of 500m2 footprint.

Electricity already connected, water connected via three boreholes on the land. an irrigation tank and a nice large pond in the center of the farm give all the orchards their irrigation needs.
