Blueberry farm

This 2 hectare blueberry farm is situated in the Portuguese village of Soalheira, down a private driveway and consists of, 3 boreholes, a 40,000 litre irrigation tank, a small pine forest and small orchards with various fruit trees such as; citrus, cherry and medronho along with the 1 hectare of mature blueberries.

The house which was intended for use during the harvest time has 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, an industrial fruit refrigerator and is fully fenced with a large gated entrance.

Also included is a Pump room fitted with taps/pressure vessels/pumps and a private septic tank.

Solar is available for hot water.
